Light Home Makeover

Currently working on a home in Hope, NJ.  Home had been rented out for many years and was left in less that perfect condition.  Just to give an idea what will be going on in this home:

Mold Remidiation

Sheetrock repair and replacement

New bathroom vanity which was destryed form long term plumbing leak

Clean tile and regrout showers

Replace sliding glass door

Refurbish paneled walls

Refininsh hardwood floors

Repair and refurbish kitchen cabinets

New counter top and appliances

Reaplace all door knobs in home

Paint the interior

Replace missing siding

And the icing on the cake!!! Design and create a "Man Cave" in a small basemnt room which has hand hewn beams and a huge firplace surronded by some of the greatest mason work from the turn of the century.  Looking forward to posting pictures of that!
